Tightspot quiver bracket realm2/28/2024 I weighed both my tightspot(newest model) and the ghost and the tightspot was 11.05oz. The metal parts of the quiver are unfinished and they appear to be made of molded zinc. Once I had one in my hands though my view on it started to deteriorate. When i first saw it the quiver looked really cool. I hunt out west so follow up shots are sometimes a reality or quickly loading another arrow just in case are critical for me.I just got my Ghost quiver in and decided to try it against my Tightspot quiver. No notice in quietness with and without it. Yes, they are $200 but well worth it.įor those that are wondering, I took the secondary gripper off because it was awkward trying to get the arrows out of the quiver quickly and quietly in my practicing loading the bow. Now I will have to get a second one for my backup bow. They are also quieter than the old quiver on the shot FWIW. The design of the hood and the placement of the bar are well thought out and that made a big difference to me. They hold them fantastically for any that are interested. I put the lock screw in my SEVR broadheads and ran it up and down to clearance them in the foam. Even had to pull the weights on the backbar closer to the riser to balance it back out from the old quiver. It also sits tighter to the bow on my SS34 and holds better on target imho. Kind of nice to have more firepower with not much gain in weight. 75 oz heavier than my beloved 3 arrow and just over an ounce a a quarter with an added arrow. After removing the secondary gripper it was only. I had always used my Tightsot 3 arrow quiver because I did not like the added weight or balance of the 5 arrow quiver. Was a gift from my great friend that owns an archery shop. I am not a TightSpot homer, in fact I moved away from TightSpot to Tree Limb recently, but they knocked it out of the park with this thing and I wanted to give them some credit, and get some info out there for people that are interested. The adjustable arrow gripper is the same as previous models and fantastic as always. Literally you have an instant hip quiver if you want, or clip it to a backpack or case or whatever. I’ve owned a lot of good quivers, and a lot that have snugged right in close, but I’ve never been able to get a quiver closer than this one.ĪND the clip… so simple, so genius. When I first put it on it was literally touching my cables, that’s how tight it was to the bow. You can get this as close to the riser possible. The foam on the inside is also nicer than previous models, seems really solid and provides plenty of room for broadheads. It also doesn’t flex and twist like the old 5 arrows kind of do. It doesn’t have the typical TightSpot buzz and rattle that we’ve knocked them for. Moving from the two thin carbon rods to one, thicker rod that is hexagonal is a home run. I also was blown away by how light it is, like for real it caught my off guard. It looks excellent, tough, and was something I didn’t expect from the pictures. The finish is a textured, rough, almost bedliner like finish. I’ve owned plenty of TightSpots and always thought they put out good products, but they took it up a notch. I was immediately impressed by the quality. Kudos to S&S and TightSpot for under promising and over delivering! S&S also does a code for ArcheryTalk that brought the price down, love S&S! I ordered it from S&S and they told me it should ship in 2-4 weeks. As soon as I saw them release it I knew I wanted one, first item I’ve ever pre ordered. Just got one of these bad boys in today and thought I’d do a post since I can’t find much at all about this quiver.
